At Gulf, we wanted the first collaboration between the brands to be with the NEAT model, as it best embodies Gulf's values: innovation and cutting-edge technology, marking the beginning of a new era in the e-bike MTB sector.
This model is MONDRAKER's alternative for the e-mtb market, a project where weight reduction was crucial without compromising performance.

New Zero Suspension System

Forward Geometry

It introduces a new kinematic configuration in which the shock absorber is positioned lower, along with a more compact, rigid, and lightweight swingarm design. This kinematic improvement results in greater initial sensitivity and enhanced absorption capacity.
The ZERO system is exclusive to Mondraker, designed and optimized individually for each full-suspension bike model. It's a virtual pivot suspension system with a double-sided swingarm design. A unique feature of ZERO is the shock absorber's placement, which is mounted floating between the two suspension arms, compressing it from both ends. This unique arrangement makes the rear suspension highly sensitive to small imperfections and absorbent of larger impacts.
The main advantages of the ZERO system include zero energy loss during pedaling, no negative effect on pedaling, imperceptible chain stretch throughout the suspension travel, no interference with braking, and an exceptional ability to absorb any type of terrain irregularity while keeping the rear wheel firmly planted.

The TQ-HPR50 system includes a compact motor, an integrated and removable 360 Wh battery in the downtube, a 2-inch integrated display in the top tube, and the option to add a 160 Wh range extender. The entire system weighs 3.9 kg, of which 1850 grams are the motor and 1830 grams are the battery. The TQ range extender weighs 950 grams.
The TQ-HPR50 system, which offers three modes of assistance in a very natural way and with minimal noise, can provide a maximum power output of up to 300 watts and 50 Nm of motor assistance. Regarding range, several factors can influence the total range, but as a reference, an average-weight cyclist, around 75 kg, can cover a 3-4 hour route with approximately 1000 m of elevation gain using ECO and MID modes for about 40-50 km. The 160 Wh range extender can increase the range by up to 50%.
